A Critical Care/Trauma Physician provides emergency medical care in a high-volume hospital setting, working night and weekend shifts. They stabilize and treat trauma patients, coordinate with specialists, and manage critical cases in the ICU. The role involves collaboration with physician assistants and allows for employed or independent contractor positions.

This facility is seeking an experienced ER doctor who doesn't mind working nights, weekends, and some holidays. Not interested in candidates seeking day shifts only!
Avg. census: 18-20k annual visits - avg. 45-65 patients per shift/divided between all providers
Shifts run 7 AM -7 PM and 7 PM - 7 AM (only 12 hr shifts are allowed)
Double coverage is provided with PA's from 6-6
EMR: Established
This can be an employed position with benefits or an independent contractor position
Most specialties are available. Hospital has an ICU, but no cath lab. Trauma is stabilized and transferred or goes to OR.
