Manufacturing Technician | Crystal Growth Department
Rockford, TN

Pay Rate: $24
Shift: 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
Schedule: EVERY WEEKEND (Days off will fall Monday through Friday)

About the Role

Our client, a leader in advanced manufacturing and imaging technology, is seeking a Manufacturing Technician to join their Crystal Growth Department in Rockford, TN. This hands-on role supports the production of high-quality crystals used in imaging equipment. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, technically capable, and comfortable working in process-driven manufacturing environments.

What You’ll Do

Build, set up, and operate RF furnaces and electro-mechanical systems related to crystal growth and fabrication
Grow crystals used in advanced imaging equipment
Mix raw materials according to precise specifications
Monitor crystal growth processes and related instrumentation
Maintain accurate operation records for all processing steps on paper and in internal databases
Follow MPI documentation, standard operating procedures, and safety guidelines
Work in a hot manufacturing environment and lift up to 35 lbs

Schedule Requirement

This position requires working EVERY WEEKEND.
Scheduled days off will be during the week, Monday through Friday.

What We’re Looking For

High School Diploma or equivalent
Experience in a technical or industrial manufacturing environment preferred
Ability to lift a minimum of 35 lbs
Comfort working in hot environments
Strong attention to detail
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced setting
Ability to interpret and analyze complex instrumentation
Good computer skills including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
Strong communication skills
