Shift Details
Full-time, Monday to Friday schedule
Weekends as needed
In-person care at regional clinics
Participate in Clinical Care Team huddles and care coordination

Your Role
Provide primary care and emergency treatment within scope of practice
Conduct patient assessments, diagnose, and manage common conditions
Counsel patients and families on health promotion and disease prevention
Coordinate referrals and collaborate with other healthcare providers
Maintain accurate patient records and ensure compliance with regulations
Support pre-visit planning and participate in team-based care protocols
