- Job Title: OB/Gyn Laborist
- Job Type: Permanent Full-Time

- Service Setting: Inpatient and Outpatient
- Schedule: 144 hours of service per month (1,728 hours annually)
- On-Call Expectations: Phone availability required
- Start Date: Approximately 90120 days post-offer, pending credentialing PATIENT POPULATION & SCOPE

- Case Mix/Clinical Focus Areas: Labor and Delivery, OB/Gyn procedures FACILITY & TEAM DETAILS
- EMR System: Epic HIMSS Stage VII
- Specialty Backup: Nurse practitioner support in both inpatient and outpatient settings
- Support Staff: Collegial team of system physicians
- Leadership & Reporting Structure: Hospital-employed physician model

Requirements: BC/BE in Obstetrics & Gynecology - DEA & Certifications: DEA, CSR required

- State License Required: Eligibility for Indiana medical license
- Certifications: DEA, CSR
- Experience: Previous OB/Gyn or laborist experience preferred

- Provide obstetric and gynecologic care within an inpatient setting
- Deliver and manage laboring patients and obstetric emergencies
- Support gynecologic surgical procedures and consults
- Collaborate with advanced practitioners and nursing staff
