Anodize Associate – Day & Night Shift
Pay: $16.00/hour
We are currently seeking one associate for Day Shift and one for Night Shift in our Anodizing department.
Day Shift:
Regular hours: 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM
Currently starting at 5:00 AM for 1 hour of overtime
Night Shift:
Regular hours: 2:00 PM – 10:30 PM
Currently extending to 11:30 PM due to overtime
Job Summary:
The Anodize Associate supports daily anodizing operations in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This role involves consistent physical activity, attention to quality, and safe handling of parts throughout the production process.
Responsibilities:
- Load products onto racks and remove finished products after processing
- Organize parts into proper containers and pallets
- Oil, tag, and correctly sequence serialized products
- Perform visual inspections and separate non-conforming materials
- Sandblast or perform vibratory finishing as needed
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
Physical & Environmental Requirements:
- Frequent standing, sitting, bending, squatting, and lifting
- Regular lifting up to 35 lbs (up to 50 lbs with assistance)
- Exposure to coating oil sprayed by hand; PPE provided
- Not ideal for individuals with asthma or respiratory sensitivities
Safety Requirements:
- Non-slip steel-toe or composite-toe footwear required
- Gloves and safety glasses required; face masks available
