We are seeking a Board-Certified Neurosurgeon with a fellowship in Endovascular Neurosurgery to provide ongoing locum coverage for a Comprehensive Stroke Center in Tennessee.

• Specialty: Neurosurgery Endovascular

• Setting: Acute Care / Inpatient / Interventional Neurology Lab / OR

• Schedule: Ongoing 24/7 coverage (days per month TBD)

• Start Date: ASAP (credentialing required)

• Duties: Endovascular Neurointerventions, operative notes, postoperative follow-up

• Required Procedures: Endovascular neuro procedures, thrombectomies, aneurysm repair

• EMR: Epic

• Support Staff:

  • Inpatient: 24/7 APP support

  • Interventional Lab: RN + RT trained in Endovascular Neuro cases

  • OR: Standard OR team (RN, Surgical Tech, etc.)

• 24-Hour On-Call Rate: $4,000 (includes 4 hours gratis)

• 24-Hour Holiday Call Rate: $5,000 (includes 4 hours gratis)

• Callback Rate: $300/hour (after gratis hours)

• Holiday Callback Rate: $500/hour (after gratis hours)

• Orientation/Training: $150/hour (after first 8 hours)

• Lodging: Up to 1.5 GSA rate
