Primary Care Physician South Central Vermont
COMPENSATION: $250,000 Base + RVU
Potential up to $400,000 + Outstanding benefits
This southern Vermont practice uniquely provides the community with access to Primary Care, Behavioral Health and Care Management services for the whole family. Primary Care services include on-site Behavioral Health providers, Social Workers, and Care Management, along with preventive programs like diabetes management and education.
We are a multi-site FQHC serving 80% of the primary care needs in our community (central Vermont).
Role:
- Market leading compensation: Base $250k + RVU
- Move to production model after 18 months Some PCPs making upwards to $400k
- M-F 8a-5p
- Can work a 4-day week or a 5-day week
- No hospital rotation
- Call: 2-3 weeks out of the year
- Average 16-22 patients a day
- 2025 Residents will be considered

Requirements:
- Board Certified /Board Eligible Internal Medicine or Family Medicine
- License in VT
