The Opportunity NextCare Urgent Care is seeking a Part-Time Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner to join our team in Marble Falls, TX.
Minimum requirement: 4 shifts per month.

Key Responsibilities Evaluate and treat patients in an urgent care and occupational health setting
Provide compassionate, patient-centered care consistent with NextCare s mission
Communicate clear treatment plans and next steps with patients
Document all encounters accurately in the EHR
Appropriately code and bill for services
Maintain productivity standards consistent with peers
Deliver ethical, high-quality clinical care
Provide follow-up care as needed
Required Qualifications Active, unrestricted Texas PA or NP license
Active DEA
NCCPA certification (PA) or ANCC/AANP certification (NP)
NP candidates must be certified to treat all ages (e.g., FNP)
Bachelor s degree (PA) or Master s degree (NP)
Active BLS certification
Comfortable treating patients of all ages
Proficient with EHR systems
Ability to work occasional weekends/holidays
Preferred Qualifications Experience interpreting preliminary X-rays
Suturing experience
Master s degree for PAs
Previous experience in urgent care, ER fast-track, or walk-in clinics
- DOT Certification may be required; if not certified, we will register and cover the cost after hire
