Outpatient Internal Medicine role; full-time; NYC (Upper East Side); concierge model with 6–8 patients/day, optional house calls and telemedicine; no inpatient duty; supported by 3 MAs + office manager; sign-on bonus; ongoing panel growth as you design. - Board-certified/eligible in Internal Medicine - Valid NY medical license (or ability to obtain) - Experience in outpatient/internal medicine or concierge care - Comfortable with telemedicine and optional house calls

Capitalize on a concierge-focused schedule by having a flexible work schedule fostering long term patient relationships in the heart of beautiful New York City. This role offers the flexibility you always dreamed of with an outpatient emphasis, no inpatient requirement and very little admin responsibility. Build this position out the way you see fit!
