Job Description
American Traveler is hiring an experienced MRI Technologist to join our team, requiring ARRT certification and recent MRI experience.
Responsibilities
- Work in a hospital-based Magnetic Resonance Imaging department
- Night shift schedule with four 10-hour shifts per week
- Utilizes Epic EMR system for charting
- Engage with a diverse patient population in a fast-paced, service-oriented environment
- Role involves collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to deliver safe and efficient MRI services
- All certifications must be current and remain valid throughout the contract
- Permanent staff must be separated from any Intermountain facility for at least one year prior to eligibility
- Background check and drug screening must be completed with designated vendor; timely compliance is essential
- Expectations include upholding values of excellence, integrity, and stewardship in patient care
Requirements
- Minimum of one year of recent MRI Technologist experience
- Current registration with the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) required
- Current BLS certification from the American Heart Association required
- Active MRI license required if applicable
- Demonstrated ability to work efficiently in a high-volume clinical setting
- Strong organizational, communication, and computer skills including proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
