Start ASAP for 13 weeks
Shift: 3 12s - Fri/Sat/Sun 8a - 8p
Coverage area: Boston/Dorchester
Must have at least 1 year recent Hospice experience including EMR - HomeCare HomeBase (HCHB) experience
Client may consider without HCHB exp if CLN completes online training class prior to start.
Fri,Sat,Sun - Days, BLS Must have at least 1 year recent HOS exp HomeCare HomeBase experience required
