Practice Setting
- Temporary coverage for a facility undergoing a long-term permanent search.
- Mix of Inpatient & Outpatient settings, requiring versatility.
- Anticipated patient volume is 10-15 patients seen, 3-5 admissions, and 5-10 phone consults per 24-hour shift.
Schedule
- Ongoing need starting January 2026 for 7-10 shifts per month.
- Shift-based 24-Hour Call schedule.
- In-House Call with a 30-minute response time and a 3:1 call ratio.
Procedures and Cases
- Inpatient and Outpatient Obstetrics & Gynecology cases.
- Required procedures include C-sections, hysterectomy, and tubal ligations.
- Must be comfortable with IUD insertions.
Requirements
- Board Certified in Obstetrics & Gynecology, or Board Eligible within 5 years.
- Required certifications: ACLS, BLS, and PALS.
- Must possess or be able to secure an active Arkansas State Licensure.
Credentialing Requirements
- Must have an active Arkansas medical license-we are unable to wait for a new license.
- 12 months of experience in the last 24 months is required.
- Credentialing support provided for a rapid 15-day turnaround.
Travel Accommodations
- All travel and lodging expenses are covered for the duration of the locums assignment.
- Full-scope malpractice insurance is provided.
