RN Position Job Notes:
Travel or Local Registered Nurse needed for ASAP start. A minimum of 2+ years of recent hospital bedside experience is required. Candidates must be able to start within 5 weeks. Opportunity for extension upon successful completion of the initial assignment. $750 referral bonus available.

Job Details:
• Work 4x10 hour shifts from 6:30 AM to 5:00 PM
• On-call requirements: 10-12 days of call in a 6-week schedule period
• Floating to other units required if needed
• 2+ years of nursing experience required
• Required credentials: Arizona nursing license and BLS certification
• Scrub color: Any color scrubs permitted
• EMR system: Cerner
• Provide post-anesthesia care to surgical patients
• Work collaboratively with surgeons, anesthesiologists, surgical staff, and other healthcare personnel
• Utilize nursing process in accordance with state Nurse Practice Act, AORN, and hospital policies
• Demonstrate critical thinking skills and scientific judgment in patient care planning
• Maintain clinical competencies through continuing education
• Delegate patient care priorities based on staff education and experience
• Provide direction and supervision of assigned personnel delivering patient care
• Hold shift accountability for safe delivery of post-anesthesia patient care
