Christiana Care Health System is seeking a Registered Nurse to work 36 hours per week at our Christiana Hospital on the 4C Medical Stepdown Unit. Weekend and Holidays - per the guidelines of the department. Hours: All work shifts are available. Will discuss further at time of interview.
4C is a Medical Intermediate Care inpatient unit, comprised of a team of dedicated and caring nurses who deliver care to a complex adult patient population. As a member of our team, you will engage in a true relationship-based model, building relationships with patients and families as well as your peers, guided by our values of love and excellence. During and post an individualized orientation, we support independence in nursing practice. We encourage board certification in Medical-Surgical, Geriatric and/or Progressive Care Nursing.
As a member of our team, you will assist in managing a 4-5 patient assignment, working side-by-side with the interdisciplinary team that includes Patient Care Technicians, Pharmacy, Physical Therapy, Respiratory Therapy, and an array of other medical professionals.
4C Intermediate Unit located in the Christiana Hospital for Christiana Care Health System is seeking an RN to work on the unit with Weekends and Holidays are per the department guidelines. This is a Full time flex (36 hours per week) position.

General Requirements:
BSN required.
ADNs candidate are required to commitment to obtaining BSN within three years of date of hire can be considered with relevant experience.
Qualified applicants will have at least one year experience. Acute care or sub acute care experience preferred.
BLS required
Hourly Pay Range: $41.28 - $66.05
This pay rate/range represents ChristianaCare’s good faith and reasonable estimate of compensation at the time of posting. The actual salary within this range offered to a successful candidate will depend on individual factors including without limitation skills, relevant experience, and qualifications as they relate to specific job requirements.
