A Women's Health practice in Montgomery, Alabama, is seeking a permanent OB/GYN physician to replace a retiring doctor, offering a 1:6 call schedule and advanced surgical robotics support. The position includes a competitive base salary with wRVU-based bonuses, a generous sign-on bonus, comprehensive benefits, profit sharing, and professional development allowances. The practice serves an average of 20-25 patients per day split evenly between obstetrics and gynecology, located in a culturally rich and vibrant metropolitan area.
We are currently scheduling interviews with an established Women's Health practice in Montgomery, Alabama, looking for an additional OB/GYN physician due to one of the group's physicians retiring.
Position Details:
- Outstanding 1:6 call schedule and outstanding support staff
- Surgical Robotics and blocked time available
- Robust base salary + wRVU-based production bonuses
