Seeking a board-certified Urology Physician to join a full-service, Planetree Gold-Certified hospital in Astoria, Oregon. The role involves providing high-quality clinical care using minimally invasive, robotic, and open surgical techniques, adhering to regulatory standards, and contributing to patient wellbeing in a community hospital setting. This full-time position requires current licensure and certifications, with opportunities to engage in lectures and resident conferences but no formal teaching duties.

Medical center a full service, 25-bed, critical access, not-for-profit, Planetree Gold-Certified hospital where person-centered care is a priority.
The ideal candidate will demonstrate the background, focus, and drive to excel, as well as the ability to provide excellent clinical care to patients at a community hospital.
The appointee is expected to provide an outstanding level of professional performance in quality of clinical care.
Professional performance is delivered in a manner that is compliant with the regulation and guidelines of all relevant regulating bodies (i.e. DNV, Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services, OHSU IRB, NIH and all other state, federal, and institutional regulatory guidelines.)
The appointee treats all patients, research subjects, trainees and co-workers with dignity and respect.
No teaching responsibilities, there may be opportunities to give lectures during the course of the year and participate in resident conferences.
Current license and certification with the Oregon Board of Medical Examiners, Drug Enforcement Association certification, and CPR/PALS certification
Satisfactory record of accomplishment in ALL of the following categories: teaching, scholarship and service
Trained and experienced in management of patients with urologic conditions to include utilization of minimally invasive, robotic and open surgical techniques
