Key Qualifications
- 3+ years of management experience; spa, salon, fitness, or hospitality background preferred
- 3+ years of sales experience with proven results (membership and retail sales a plus)
- Goal-oriented leader with strong coaching, motivation, and accountability skills
- Excellent communication skills (verbal, written, and client-facing)
- Calm under pressure with strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills
- Tech-savvy; knowledge of Zenoti or other booking/retail systems is a plus
- Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Core Responsibilities
- Lead and develop Massage Therapists, Estheticians, Leads, and Sales Associates
- Deliver exceptional guest service and resolve customer service challenges
- Manage day-to-day spa operations, scheduling, inventory, and supply ordering
- Drive membership, retail, and gift card sales through team motivation and coaching
- Oversee staff recruiting, hiring, onboarding, training, and performance reviews
- Manage appointment book optimization to maximize revenue and therapist productivity
- Ensure spa cleanliness, organization, and brand-standard compliance
- Maintain accurate data entry, employee documentation, and administrative reporting
- Support marketing efforts, including promotions, social media, and community outreach (4 events per year)
