Our client, a leading organization in veteran services, is seeking a VA Benefits Case Manager in Racine, WI to join their dedicated team. As a Case Manager, Racine WI, you will be part of the Veterans Benefits Department supporting veterans and their families. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong organizational skills, excellent communication, and a compassionate approach, which will align successfully within the organization.

Pay Range: $22

Shift: 1st

What's the Job?

  • Support veterans in developing, filing, and tracking VA disability and benefits claims
  • Gather military service history, medical records, and supporting documentation
  • Assist veterans in obtaining service records, medical evidence, and nexus documentation
  • Monitor claim status, deadlines, and manage appeals and supplemental claims
  • Prepare case summaries and documentation for review and submission to VA authorities

What's Needed?

  • Experience in case management, legal support, veterans services, or related fields preferred
  • Familiarity with VA disability benefits and claims processes strongly preferred
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
