Compensation Range for Experienced 2nd Shift: $30/hr.-$36/hr. D.O.E

Quality Control Lead 2nd Shift Responsibilities & Requirements:
- 3+ years experience in quality control in a medical, aerospace, or high-precision manufacturing environment
- Experience working with very small precision parts and tight tolerances
- Perform dimensional and visual inspections using tools such as micrometers, calipers, and height gauges
- Strong documentation skills to track and record inspection data
- Ability to interpret inspection plans, technical drawings, and blueprint schematics
- Working knowledge of GD&T principles
- Daily use of precision measuring instruments for high-tolerance parts
- Execute defined inspection plans and quality protocols
- Thrive in a high-demand, deadline-driven environment
Quality Control Lead – Preferred Background & Skills:
- CMM experience highly preferred
- Metallurgy knowledge: Understanding of metal properties, processing, and behavior under different conditions
- Comfortable working with diverse personalities in a high-performance team
