Ethos Medical Staffing is seeking a travel nurse RN ED - Emergency Department for a travel nursing job in Dallas, Texas.

Job Description & Requirements

• Shift: 12 hours, nights

Number of Beds: 31 plus 6 hallway when needed
Patient Ratios : 4:1
Unit staffing description: very high volume/high acuity trauma center
Documentation system: Meditech/EDM
Scheduling requirements: 3 twelve hr shifts/week
Floating policy: As needed

Must have:

RN with critical care, trauma, burn and pediatric experience a plus TNCC
ENPC
PALS
ACLS
BLS
2+ Years of Hospital Experience
NIH REQUIRED

Preferred Skills/Advanced Skills Needed: Experience with the following:

High Volume, High Acuity
Strokes
Burns
Trauma
Meditech experience preferred

Specialty/Unit Certifications Required: (RN)
Active TX RN License Or compact license – temp license will NOT be accepted

Procedures performed on unit:
Traumas
Conscious sedation
tPA for strokes

Patient Experience Required:
Must have great patient interaction
