Family Medicine Physician Northern New York

Opportunity Highlights:
• Hospital-employed outpatient position at a 94-bed hospital within a regional healthcare system
• New, modern office suite located on hospital campus
• Monday Friday schedule (5-day work week)
• See a broad spectrum of patients teens to geriatrics (no OB/GYN)
• Expectation of patient visits per day
• Phone-only call, 1:4 rotation
• EPIC EMR
• Practice includes 4 physicians and 2 nurse practitioners
• H1 and J1 Visa sponsorship

Compensation & Benefits:
• Base salary $300,000 $350,000
• Sign-on bonus: $25,000
• Relocation assistance: $15,000
• CME allowance: $4,000
• 240 hours of benefit time
• Full benefits including health insurance and retirement plans
• Malpractice insurance provided (claims-made with $2.3M/$6.9M coverage) + tail coverage
