RN Position Job Notes:

Travel or Local Registered Nurse needed for ASAP start. A minimum of 2+ years of recent hospital bedside experience is required. Candidates must be able to start within 5 weeks. Opportunity for extension upon successful completion of the initial assignment. $750 referral bonus available.

Job Details:

• Work Monday through Friday, 4x10 hour day shifts with 36 guaranteed hours per week
• No weekends, holidays, or on-call requirements
• 3+ years of operating room experience required
• Must have experience with robotic, laparoscopic, microsurgery, and neurosurgery procedures
• Required certifications: BLS and ACLS
• Work in outpatient surgery center performing orthopedic, urologic, plastic, and general cases
• Provide direct patient care for teen and adult population
• Monitor and coordinate patient care activities with ancillary departments
• Must have ability to work in rapid-paced environment and navigate multiple computer systems
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to provide quality care in OR setting required
• Work well in team environment while also functioning independently
• Use EPIC electronic medical record system
• Black scrubs provided by facility for OR use
• Flu vaccination required from November 1-April 1 with exemptions requiring client approval
