Established, busy family practice with strong mentorship in rural Indiana. Permanent Family Medicine physician role near Wanatah, IN. Schedule Mon–Thu 9:00–17:00, Fri 9:00–16:00; 36 patient contact hrs + 4 admin hrs; one evening/week; covers own call evenings, weekends & holidays. - MD/DO or equivalent licensed to practice in Indiana - Board certified/eligible in Family Medicine - Experience in outpatient family medicine preferred - Active DEA and state medical license - Ability to cover call and work required evening shift

Permanent opportunity for a Family Medicine physician in Indiana This busy, established practice currently includes three physicians, an advanced practice provider with RN and MA support.
