Opportunity to provide Geriatric House Calls and shape your own schedule. Physical Therapist role (FT/PT/PRN) delivering 1:1 home- and community-based geriatric PT in Torrington, Danbury, Brookfield, Stratford, Southbury, CT. Schedules: Full-time, Part-time, PRN M–F 9am–3pm. H-1B sponsorship available. Salary FT CT range $70k–$120k; benefits, 401k, CE reimbursement. • Valid CT PT license or eligibility
• Degree from accredited PT program
• Current CPR certification
• Basic computer literacy
• Ability to work in patient homes and community settings

Our team is growing, and we’re looking for top-caliber Physical Therapists to join us in Torrington, Danbury, Brookfield, Stratford and Southbury, CT.

In Connecticut, the standard base pay range for a Full-Time role is $70,000 - $120,000 annually with an opportunity to earn more. Part-Time and FOX Flex (PRN) will be pro-rated.
