Were seeking a passionate and driven Physician to join our Primary Care West Arbor Office located on the southeast side of Michigan. This is an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the health of our community while working in a supportive, mission-driven environment.

Opportunity Details

  • Position Type: Full Time - 1.0 FTE
  • Schedule: 40 hours within the office hours of Monday - Thursday 7:00am to 7:00pm, Friday 7:00am to 5:00pm, and Saturday 8:00am to 12:00pm
  • Location:Trinity Health IHA Medical Group, Primary Care - West Arbor
  • Specialty: Primary Care
  • Team Size: 20 providers
  • Teaching Opportunities: MSU community medical students and AIM residents
  • Call Requirements: Larger FM call pool with one weeknight a month from 5pm to 8am the next morning; one weekend day (Sat or Sun) per quarter from 8am -8am

Requirements

  • Relevant clinical experience required: 3-5 years of experience in primary care
  • Physicians must be board certified or board eligible
  • Active Michigan medical license (or ability to obtain)
  • DEA license
  • ACLS/BLS certification (must be maintained)

Duties & Responsibilities

  • A typical day may include:
  • Providing direct patient care
  • Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams
  • Participating in teaching and mentoring
  • Documenting in Epic EMR
  • Engaging in quality improvement initiatives
  • Supporting community health efforts
