This position is for a Family Medicine Physician to provide outpatient primary care at a clinic in northern California, managing full patient flow with EMR proficiency using EPIC. The role requires seeing approximately 25 patients daily, including telehealth appointments, and managing clinical documentation within set timeframes. Candidates must be board certified, hold an active California license, and have experience in Federally Qualified Health Centers (FQHC).
