Permanent or locum role in a high-volume 23,000-visit ED with scribe support and APC coverage. Emergency Medicine Physician, Nevada; permanent (or locum) role; 1–2 FTE starting 02/01/2024; shifts 7a–7p or 7p–7a; 15-bed ED, ~23,000 annual volume; EMR: Medhost. - Board certified in Emergency Medicine, Family Medicine, or Internal Medicine - Experience in fast-paced ED settings - Ability to make rapid clinical decisions and communicate effectively - Comfortable with 10% admission rate and collaboration with APCs - Eligible for Nevada medical license

• Licenses, Certifications, Requirements: BC; EM, FM, IM
• EMR: Medhost; scribe coverage
• APC coverage: 10 hours; 12p-10p
• % of Admitted Patients: 10%

Qualifications

• Board Certified in Emergency Medicine, Family Medicine, or Internal Medicine
• Experience working in a fast-paced emergency department
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work well under pressure and make quick decisions
