Responsibilities and Duties
- Evaluate and manage new patients needing chemotherapy or with blood disorders
- Develop and formalize care plans according to NCCN guidelines
- Place and manage orders in the system, including reauthorizations
- Collaborate and provide support to the APP team
Additional Information
- Active Ohio medical license required
- Board certification in Hematology and Medical Oncology required
- Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification required
- Willingness to work collaboratively with the APP team is essential
