What You’ll Do

• Deliver hands-on, personalized therapy that helps patients regain strength and mobility.

• Collaborate with care partners to design treatment plans that fit each person’s goals.

• Track and celebrate progress with patients and families.

• Keep accurate documentation and clear communication across the care team.

• Share your expertise and promote physical therapy in the community.

What You’ll Bring

• Graduate of an APTA-accredited Physical Therapy program

• Current, unrestricted PT license in Michigan

• At least 1 year of experience in a healthcare setting (home health preferred)

• Reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, and auto insurance

• Ability to travel up to 50% within Hillsdale County

• Physical ability to assist and support patients (50–100 lbs)
