Schedule: *Both part-time and full-time shifts available on 3rd shift. Please discuss with recruiter at time of interview

Pay Rate: $20.50/hour

Securitas USA is seeking reliable and professional Overnight Security Officers to join our team in Danvers, MA. The ideal candidates will be responsible for maintaining a safe and secure environment for our property, employees, and visitors during overnight hours. This role is critical in preventing unauthorized activity, responding to incidents, and ensuring peace of mind during non-business hours.

 

Key Responsibilities:

• Patrol premises regularly to maintain order and establish a visible security presence

• Monitor surveillance cameras and alarm systems

• Control access to buildings and grounds during overnight hours

• Respond promptly to alarms, emergencies, and suspicious activity

• Write detailed incident and shift reports

• Assist with enforcing property rules, policies, and regulations

• Provide excellent customer service to staff and visitors

• Collaborate with local law enforcement and emergency services if necessary

• Perform other security-related duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Must be at least 18 years old 

• High school diploma or GED required

• Prior security or military/law enforcement experience preferred

• Ability to pass a background check and drug screening

• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation

• Strong observational and communication skills

• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

• Comfortable standing or walking for extended periods and working outdoors in various conditions

• Must be dependable, punctual, and professional
