- Day Shift: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM
- Night Shift: Monday-Friday, 3:00 PM - 9:00 AM
- 24-Hour Shift: Monday-Friday, combining day and night coverage
- Weekend Shifts:
- Friday 3:00 PM - Saturday 9:00 AM
- Saturday 9:00 AM - Sunday 9:00 AM
- Sunday 9:00 AM - Monday 9:00 AM
- Coverage: In-house NICU care
KeyResponsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive neonatal care for critically ill and high-risk newborns
- Participate in daily rounds, bedside procedures, and NICU patient management
- Collaborate with neonatology team, nursing staff, and other specialists to ensure high-quality care
- Respond promptly to neonatal emergencies and provide appropriate interventions
- Accurately document patient care in the hospital EMR
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of neonatal best practices and evidence-based care
Requirements:
- Board Certified in Neonatology ( Board Eligible not accepted )
- Active California medical license
- Recent NICU clinical experience within the past 12 months
