The role is for a full-time Board Eligible/Board Certified Palliative Care and Hospice Physician providing inpatient and outpatient symptom management and overseeing hospice program operations. Responsibilities include patient and family education, supervising Advanced Practice Providers, and medical directorship duties. As a Palliative Care physician you will provide a combination of inpatient consultative services and outpatient clinic services for patient symptom management. Provide education related to palliative care and hospice care to patients and their families, oversight of Advanced Practice Providers for palliative care and Medical Directorship of the Hospice Program.
