What You ll Do:Provide full-spectrum, outpatient family medicine care
Diagnose, treat, and manage chronic and acute conditions
Educate patients on preventive care and healthy lifestyles
Collaborate with a dedicated, multidisciplinary care team
Participate in on-call rotations and quality improvement initiatives
Qualifications:MD or DO from an accredited institution
Massachusetts medical license (or eligibility)
Experience with electronic medical records
Strong communication and leadership skills
Spanish fluency is a plus
