Job Description:
Position Details:- Work Schedule: 5 days per week (Can vary Monday through Saturday) Sundays Off
- Time: 6pm to 3am (Night Shift)
- Salary Range: From $18 to $30 per hour based on experience
- Utilizes hand tools to cut fish portion control cuts to specifications.
- Monitors quality control and sanitation.
- Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
High School Diploma or Equivalent1+ years of fish cutting experience
