Anesthesiology locums coverage needed in Eureka, California for a hospital-based anesthesia service supporting a Level III trauma facility.

This role is well suited for board-certified anesthesiologists comfortable with a broad surgical case mix and flexible scheduling across day shifts, call, and nights.

• Board certified in Anesthesiology

• Active California license required at submission

• Recent hospital-based anesthesia experience

• Comfortable with medically directed care models

• Location: Eureka, CA

• Trauma level: Level III

• Operating rooms: 7 ORs

• EMR: Epic

• Coverage model: Hospital-based anesthesia service

• Trauma cases consistent with Level III designation

• Day shifts, nights, weekends, and 24-hour call

• Providers typically start on days before rotating into nights

• Call is beeper-based with defined response expectations

• $345/hr regular hourly and orientation
