- Shifts: 12-hour shifts, both day and night coverage
- Open ICU
- 1 physician + 2 mid-level providers
- Daily Patient Volume: 90-100 patients
- Physicians typically see 18-20 patients per 12-hour shift
- EMR: Meditech 6.1
- Trauma Level: N/A
- Support:
- Two physician assistants/nurse practitioners for support
- No admissions or rounding required
- Required Certifications: ABLS, ACLS, ATLS, BLS, PALS
- Must be board-certified in Emergency Medicine
- Must hold a North Carolina medical license
- NC Medicaid credentialed and enrolled in PECOS
- Temporary Privileges: Available
- Housing: Hospital-owned apartments provided
