Overview

At Gallagher, we’re looking for a proactive and detail-oriented professional to join our team as a GBS Concierge Integration Coordinator. In this role, you’ll play a key part in helping newly acquired mergers integrate seamlessly into our Concierge Program and Gallagher Center of Excellence (GCoE) services. You’ll work closely with branch leaders, M&A teams, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth transitions and lasting partnerships.


How you'll make an impact

  • Introduce the Concierge Program and GCoE services to new mergers, explaining how they align with Gallagher's mission to deliver tailored support to branch service teams.
  • Identify gaps and opportunities by gathering and analyzing critical information, ensuring a smooth integration process
  • Build strong relationships across teams, acting as a trusted partner and guide during transitions.
  • Tackle challenges head-on, devloping actionable solutions and sharing insights to improve future integrations.
  • Work closely with leadership in the US and India to refine best practices and drive innovation in the Concierge program. Regular updates, feedback sessions, and active participation in meetings will ensure alignment and success.

 


About You

Required:

  • Bachelor's degree and 5 years related experience required, or commensurate experience. 
  • Overnight and/or day travel may be required up to 25% of the time.
  • Exceptionally strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Preferred:

  • Thorough knowledge of the insurance brokerage industry.
  • Accounting or Finance degree preferred.
  • Insurance brokerage systems (ex: TAM or AMS360), accounting experience, and experience in Brokerage Operations highly desirable.
  • Project Management experience highly preferred.
  • Supervisory experience preferred.

We offer a competitive and comprehensive compensation package. The base salary range represents the anticipated low end and high end of the range for this position. The actual compensation will be influenced by a wide range of factors including, but not limited to previous experience, education, pay market/geography, complexity or scope, specialized skill set, lines of business/practice area, supply/demand, and scheduled hours.
