This position is for a General Surgeon in Southeastern New Mexico at a Level III Trauma Center, joining an established surgical team with a broad scope including trauma, plastics, vascular, colorectal, and endoscopy procedures. The role is an employed, hospital-owned single-site practice with anticipated call coverage of 1:3 and offers mentorship and training opportunities. Compensation includes MGMA base salary, sign-on and commencement bonuses, relocation assistance, medical education debt repayment, and CME support.
