Beautiful outpatient facility is seeking an experienced Physical Therapist for their facility in Dunn, NC to join their team for a 3 month contract assignment.
Required Qualifications
Physical Therapist, Skilled
Experience: 1 year

Preferred Qualifications
Proper State License
Skilled Nursing/long term care experience - since October 2019 (PDPM experience)
Rehab Optima (Net Health)
