Outpatient Role M-F Schedule $300K $350K + Incentives Loan Forgiveness Eligible

Position Overview:

A leading, physician-led multispecialty group in Albany, New York is seeking a fellowship-trained, Board-Certified (or Eligible) Headache Specialist to join a thriving MS & Headache Medicine outpatient practice. This is an excellent opportunity to join a collaborative, patient-centered team with high demand, robust referrals, and a supportive infrastructure for both new and experienced physicians.

Practice Highlights:

• Outpatient-only position no hospital rounding

• Join an established MS & Headache Medicine practice

• Strong collaboration with internal subspecialists and a broad primary care network

• Monday Friday, 8:30 AM 4:30 PM schedule

• 1:4 call rotation (only between 8:00 AM 9:00 PM, no overnight or weekend calls)

• Physician-led board of directors and governance

• Excellent APP support

• Hospital-employed position with long-term stability

Candidate Requirements (REQUIRED at Name Clear):

• Board Certified in Neurology

• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Headache Medicine (within 5 years of fellowship)

• Fellowship-trained in Headache Medicine (to be completed prior to start)

• New York Medical License (or willing to obtain)

• DEA (or willing to obtain)
  

Compensation & Benefits:

• Base salary: $300,000 $350,000 (depending on experience & training)
