Urology Physician Santa Rosa, CA

Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Urologist to join Providence Medical Group Santa Rosa Urology on a permanent basis. The ideal candidate will possess a specialized focus on female urology and pelvic floor reconstruction, contributing to exceptional patient care in a collaborative clinical environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive urological care with an emphasis on female urology and pelvic floor reconstruction procedures.
• Participate in outpatient clinics at our state-of-the-art facility located across from the Santa Rosa hospital.
• Manage patient consultations, diagnoses, treatment plans, and follow-up care within specialized areas.
• Provide on-call coverage approximately 7-10 days per month, including beeper call, with onsite availability during weekday working hours (7:00 am 5:00 pm).
• Respond to hospital call-backs after hours and on weekends, typically 3-5 times per week, ensuring continuous patient care and safety.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver patient-centered urological services and participate in quality improvement initiatives.

Qualifications:

• Board Certification or Board Eligibility in Urology (within three years of completion of residency).
• Current or eligible for California medical licensure (candidates willing to obtain CA license preferred).
• Strong interest and experience in female urology and pelvic floor reconstruction is required.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and clinical skills.
