A healthcare organization is seeking a Board-Eligible or Board-Certified Pediatrician to join an established outpatient practice serving multiple community locations. This role offers the opportunity to provide comprehensive pediatric care within a collaborative, team-based environment focused on high-quality patient outcomes.
Position Details
- Full-time, hospital-employed position
- Scheduled hours vary by provider
- Outpatient clinical setting
Team Structure
- Location A: Pediatricians, Family Medicine Physicians, and Advanced Practice Providers (APPs)
- Location B: Family Medicine Physician and APP support
- Integrated care model with physician and APP collaboration
Responsibilities
- Provide preventive, acute, and chronic pediatric care
- Conduct patient evaluations, diagnoses, and treatment planning
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary clinical teams to ensure continuity of care
- Maintain accurate and timely medical documentation
- Participate in quality improvement and patient safety initiatives
Requirements Education & Experience
- Board Eligible or Board Certified in Pediatrics (required)
- Open to newly trained and experienced physicians
Licensure & Certifications
- Active or eligible state medical license
- Current BLS and ACLS certifications (required)
