• Certification: Physician must be Board Certified/Board Eligible
• EMR: EPIC
• Schedule: Monday Friday, with an expected clinic volume of 20-25 patients per day
• Call Schedule: 1/4 or 1/5
• Time Off: 7 Holidays, 28 Days of Paid Time Off
