Job Description:

The role involves providing physical therapy services predominantly for outpatient care across a wide patient demographic, from newborns to those in hospice care. Responsibilities also include providing therapy for Acute Care and Swing bed programs as needed. Experience in pediatric care is required.

• Provide therapy services across various diagnoses in an outpatient setting.
• Deliver therapy for Acute Care and Swing bed programs.
• Work extensively with pediatric patients.

Requirements:
