We are seeking a skilled andcompassionate Family or Internal Medicine Physician to join our 100%outpatient, value-based care clinic in McAllen, TX. Our physicians manage bothacute and chronic conditions, while also coordinating comprehensive care incollaboration with specialists. This role emphasizes continuity, preventivecare, and strong patient-provider relationships.
Position Highlights:

- Monday-Friday schedule (someclinics offer extended hours)
- Guaranteed base salary of$240,000 with up to 20% annual performance bonus
- Monthly compensation forsupervising Nurse Practitioners: $1,250/NP
- CME allowance and paid CMEhours

Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality,patient-centered medical care
- Perform comprehensiveinitial assessments, including medical histories and risk evaluations
- Diagnose and manage acuteand chronic medical conditions
- Order and interpretdiagnostic tests, prescribe medications, and develop individualized treatmentplans
- Provide preventive care andpatient education to support long-term health goals
- Refer patients tospecialists for advanced or complex care as appropriate
- Collaborate withinterdisciplinary care teams, ensuring timely follow-up and communication
- Supervise NursePractitioners when applicable (additional monthly stipend provided)
- Maintain punctuality toensure patients are seen as scheduled
Requirements
- Board Certified/BoardEligible in Internal Medicine (ABIM) or Family Medicine (ABFM); Board Eligiblecandidates must be within 5 years of residency completion
- Minimum of 1 year ofclinical experience in a primary care or urgent care setting; supervisoryexperience preferred
- Bilingual in English andSpanish strongly preferred
- Active Texas medical license
- DEA license in good standing
