CNC Machine Operator – Precision Manufacturing
📍 Location: Valparaiso, IN
💵 Pay Range: $23 – $35/hour
🕒 Shifts Available: Afternoon (3PM–11PM) or Midnight (11PM–7AM)
About the Role:

Key Responsibilities:
- Set up and operate CNC machines to produce high-quality parts.
- Read and interpret blueprints to determine machining requirements.
- Use precision instruments (calipers, micrometers, gauges) to inspect parts.
- Load/unload materials and operate bar feeders.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area.
Qualifications:
- Experience with CNC controls and OSHA safety procedures.
- Ability to read blueprints and use precision measuring tools.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Basic math skills and ability to follow instructions.
- Team-oriented with the ability to work independently.
