Job Details:
• Work on medical surgical units with 20-34 beds depending on assignment
• Maintain patient ratio of 1:6 typically
• Must be willing to float to any medical surgical unit
• Every other weekend and holidays required if needed
• No on-call responsibilities
• Personal scrubs of any color for dress code
• 8-hour non-billable orientation required
• 2 years current medical surgical experience required
• Telemetry experience required
• Basic Dysrhythmia course completion strongly required
• Meditech Expanse experience strongly preferred
• Must have own vehicle for assignment
• Required certifications: ACLS (AHA), BLS (AHA), NIHSS
• Massachusetts RN license required
• Supervisory signed reference from within past two years required
• Skills checklist for medical surgical (current to 1 year) required
• Must reside more than 50 miles from facility
• Maximum 5 days of requested time off accepted
• All scheduling requests must be made at time of submission
