The position includes use of state-of-the-art technologies such as exercise stress testing, nuclear imaging, and echocardiography, within a collaborative cardiology department. Our comprehensive network offers more than 1,100 employees including nearly 300 associated, highly-skilled physicians, surgeons and specialists. Practice Highlights A well-respected team of 5 Cardiologists and an NP and PA Offering state-of-the-art testing on a level and variety usually found only at major medical centers, a further indication of its commitment to the heart health of the northeastern Connecticut community. The Cardiology Department provides Cardiologists and other physicians with various protocols of exercise stress testing and chemical-induced (Persantine and Dobutamine) stress testing. Nuclear imagery and Echocardiography components help to further enhance the validity of the cardiac diagnosis to meet the unique needs of the individual patient.
