Assignment Details
Location: Huntsville, AL
Assignment Length: 8 weeks
Start Date: January 12, 2026
Shift: Weekdays
Shift Times: Monday–Thursday, 10:00 AM – 8:30 PM
Requirements
Experience: Minimum 2 years CT technologist experience preferred
Certifications:
ARRT (R) registration required
ARRT (CT) registration required
BLS required
Education: High school diploma or GED required; graduate of an accredited School of Radiological Science
Licensure: State licensure as a general radiographer
Responsibilities
Provide timely CT imaging services to inpatients and outpatients under radiologist supervision and departmental protocols
Perform routine diagnostic CT scans, including head/brain, neck, thorax, spine, abdomen/pelvis, extremities, and biopsy/drainage procedures
Adjust CT system settings and protocols for studies with or without contrast media
Perform basic radiographic procedures, fluoroscopy, portable radiography, C-arm procedures, and OR imaging services as needed
Maintain knowledge of cross-sectional anatomy and sterile/surgical procedures relevant to CT imaging
This opportunity is ideal for an experienced CT Technologist seeking a short-term weekday travel assignment with exposure to a broad range of diagnostic and procedural imaging.
