IU Health Medical Group North Region isactively recruiting a Primary CarePhysician to join our team in Hartford City,Indiana.This clinic has a great long-standing presence in the community with specialty providers onsite along with radiology, lab and pharmacy.
Position Details:
- Full time days schedule; 4 or 5 day work week options
- Opportunity to quickly build your practice with an established patient base
- Ability to provide all encompassing primary care for acute and chronic conditions
- Opportunity to perform screening colonoscopies
- Ability to perform small office procedures (such as lacerations. wart removal, I&D)
- Opportunity to teach at the Family Medicine Residency program at IU Health Ball Memorial Hospital
- Easy Drive to Ball State University
- 100% outpatient withlimited call; Nurse Triage system to help with after-hours call
- Residents graduating in 2025, 2026 and 2027 are encouraged to apply

Qualifications:
- MD or DO
- BC or BE in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
- Open to J1 and H1b candidates
- Able to obtain IN license
